Training PLans

Sun Run official pacers, Sydney Striders, have put together an 8 week training plan to help you prepare for the big day. The plan starts Sunday 8 December.

Download the training plan and prepare to take on the 7km or 10km course from Dee Why to Manly Beach.

These training plans are designed to help you build up gradually over the 8 weeks until the event. There are beginner and intermediate plans for both the 7km and 10km courses.
